On Monday, April 28th 2025, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM CDT, we will be making updates to the BluePay Gateway. There is no anticipated impact to customers or transactions.
The maintenance will include the following updates. In BluePay website, add account identification to page titles. In BluePay website Account Admin page, move Account ID to the top of the page. Improvements to BluePay hosted payment page (SHPF) usage logging. For First Data Omaha credit card processing, add a hard limit of 950 transactions maximum in a settlement. Automatic settlement of First Data Omaha at 900 transactions remains unchanged. For First Data North credit card processing, recategorize the result message "CVV2 DECLINED" as a decline. It was previously categorized as an error. Standardize ACH Description values PAYROLL and PURCHASE. If ACH Description PAYROLL or PURCHASE is used, it will be converted to upper case characters. Limit ACH Description PAYROLL to only Doc Type/SEC Code Prearranged Payment and Deposit (PPD). Other Doc Type/SEC Code values will receive an error if used with ACH Description PAYROLL. Update to ACH Risk monitoring.
