On Monday April 6th 2026, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM CDT, we will be making updates to the BluePay Gateway. There is no anticipated impact to customers or transactions.
Changes include: Wells Fargo direct to bank SFTP improvements. Frost Bank direct to bank boarding validation improvements. ACH Return Code R11 description update. Start setting the ACH Payout and Backend ID value on Origin REJECT void transactions to the ID of the FIXER transaction that retrieved the funds from the merchant. Remove non-numeric characters from merchant tax ID, merchant zip code and merchant phone number when settling on First Data North.
