On Monday, February 19th 2024, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST, we will be making updates to the BluePay Gateway. There is no anticipated impact to customers or transactions.

The maintenance will include updates for password complexity requirements, Virtual Terminal Name1 and Name2 lengths, addition of columns to the website CSV export, addition of timestamp to ACH reject settlement & ACH reject void transactions and automatic Doc Type change from WEB to PPD when refunding a WEB transaction.
