BluePay Gateway Maintenance

On Tuesday March 24th 2026, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT, we will be making updates to the BluePay Gateway. There is no anticipated impact to customers or transactions.

Changes include:
Update Fiserv support phone number to 877.828.0720 in all locations.
Restrict access to API Hash Type and Secret Key to users that have the ability to edit the gateway account.
ACH Notice of Change enhancement for non-automated Notice of Change notifications from banks.
First Data Nashville 8583 compliance updates for Mastercard.
Frost Bank Direct to Bank ACH updates.
