BluePay Gateway Maintenance

On Wednesday October 14th 2026, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM CDT, we will be making updates to the BluePay Gateway. There is no anticipated impact to customers or transactions.

Changes include:
Improved refund validation to prevent over refunds.
ACH improvements for KeyBank Direct to Bank ACH.
ACH validation improved to prevent the use of the routing number as both the routing number and bank account number.
Third Party Sender ACH automated funding window increased from 1 month to 6 months.
Credit card Stored ID changed from 14 to 15 digits maximum in the Virtual Terminal.
Credit card updates for Visa and Mastercard compliance.
