ACH R01 Insufficient Funds Limitation Disabled

09/06/2021 10:50pm CDT - 09/09/2021 12:05pm CDT the BluePay gateway was incorrectly blocking ACH transactions that used bank account information for any account that had ever received 3 R01 rejects in the past. The message on those declined ACH transactions would have been "Too Many Attempts to Resubmit Account with Insufficient Funds". The filter has been disabled until it can be updated. The NACHA requirement is to limit resubmissions of a transaction that has rejected with a R01 code to 3 times within 180 days.
