10/11/2021 14:58 - 15:43 CDT a connectivity issue to the First Data Omaha processing platform caused some transactions to fail with the message PROC SELECT TIMEOUT-ERROR. We have switched to the Omaha secondary server which has cleared the issue. We are continuing to monitor.
